Rooms

All of our 82 rooms are non-smoking and are furnished with special care and great attention to detail. The majority have balconies and sea or harbour views across to the Purbeck Hills, Studland Beach or Brownsea Island.

Every room has satellite television, direct dial telephones, trouser press, hair dryer and courtesy tray. In addition most rooms have Wifi and Internet Access, and key card entry and activated lighting.

Inland Room

Well-appointed, comfortable en-suite rooms with either single, double or twin beds.

Please note there is no lift access to some sections of the third floor.

Superior Room

These rooms afford all the comforts of our Inland rooms with the added bonus of either a Sea View across to the Purbeck Hills or views of Poole Harbour. Some of these rooms also have balconies.

Family Room

Well-appointed, comfortable en-suite rooms offering either a double bed and adjoining bunk bedded room or double / twin beds with additional single bed (s). Family rooms will accommodate up to four people.

Discount rates are available for children.

Please note there is no lift access to some sections of the third floor.

Executive Room

Our Executive rooms afford all the comforts of our Seaview rooms with the additional benefit of both a balcony and a view across the entrance to Poole Harbour and the Purbeck Hills. These spacious and light rooms also feature a fridge and guest safety deposit box.

Suite

Comprising of a double bedded room with adjoining lounge area and two bathrooms our two Suites are the ultimate treat. The relaxing Lounge includes sofa, coffee table and entertainment system, while the bathrooms offer a choice of Jacuzzi bath or double shower.
